"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

You should be able to download the Clock, RAM, and CPU skins right on the page...just click on the left where it says "Download." It's in a zip file, I'm sure you know what to do with it after that seeing as you make your own skins.
